The Beddit has helped improve my sleep as I observe the data it records. I learned that getting to bed a little earlier improves my score - and that naps can improve a low score. It motivates me to take care of that 25-30% of life I hadnt paid much attention to, previously. I feel more alert and have more energy when I make sure to get a good nights sleep.
